Hillary is a consultant specializing in grant writing, fundraising content strategy, and impact-driven storytelling for nonprofits. Over the past 15+ years, she has secured funding from multilateral organizations, government agencies, foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
She excels at translating complex programs into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with funders and stakeholders alike. To date, Hillary has raised more than $100 million and maintains an 87% success rate on grant proposals when organizations follow her strategic guidance. Her experience spans sectors including humanitarian relief and international development, global health, education and youth, social services, justice and advocacy, arts and culture, and faith-based organizations.
Hillary holds a B.A. in Sociology from The George Washington University. Living in San Diego, California with her Brazilian husband and their dog, Hillary carries a global perspective and a love for community and culture into every part of her work and life.

With over eight years of experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses, Alexandra has worked across industries to align strategy, systems, and teams. She brings a balance of big-picture thinking and practical execution, ensuring that progress isn’t just planned—it’s achieved.
Originally from Colombia and deeply connected to global communities, Alexandra approaches her work with a love for collaboration and a commitment to building organizations that create meaningful change.
Gabriela supports daily operations and executive priorities, coordinating schedules, client communications, and internal systems to help the team focus on advancing our mission and serving our clients effectively.
