Hillary is a consultant specializing in grant writing, fundraising content strategy, and impact-driven storytelling for nonprofits. Over the past 15+ years, she has secured funding from multilateral organizations, government agencies, foundations, corporations, and individual donors.

She excels at translating complex programs into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with funders and stakeholders alike. To date, Hillary has raised more than $100 million and maintains an 87% success rate on grant proposals when organizations follow her strategic guidance. Her experience spans sectors including humanitarian relief and international development, global health, education and youth, social services, justice and advocacy, arts and culture, and faith-based organizations.

Hillary holds a B.A. in Sociology from The George Washington University. Living in San Diego, California with her Brazilian husband and their dog, Hillary carries a global perspective and a love for community and culture into every part of her work and life.

Alexandra is our Chief Operating Officer and helps lead the internal operations and strategic planning that keep The Kipos Group running smoothly. She strengthens the structure, systems, and team alignment behind the scenes so we can stay focused on our mission: helping nonprofits grow their fundraising capacity and expand their impact.

With over eight years of experience supporting small and mid-sized businesses, Alexandra brings clarity, organization, and steady execution to our growth. Her work ensures we can scale sustainably while maintaining the quality and care our clients expect.

Originally from Colombia, Alexandra is passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations and contributing to work that creates meaningful, lasting change.

Jessica is our Admin & Operations Support, assisting with scheduling, client communications, and administrative coordination across the organization. She helps ensure that day-to-day logistics are handled efficiently so the team can stay focused on strategic priorities and client delivery.

With five years of experience supporting C-level executives and organizations across the United States and Europe, Jessica brings reliability, responsiveness, and strong attention to detail to her role. She is committed to providing a smooth and positive experience for both clients and team members.

Kevin believes that telling great stories is key to unlocking the potential of nonprofits and the causes they serve. Kevin lives with his family in the Pacific Northwest, USA!
